Priscila Gonzales

Priscila comes from the community of Santa Elisa, eight hours from Pucallpa. She is a mother of two beautiful children. The youngest, a young man of nineteen, is following in her footsteps, and the footsteps of her father in learning the ways of the medicine.
When her mother died at the age of 14, Priscila fell into a deep grief. Her father was a maestro, and through his support and her own healing process, she was inspired to learn how to help and heal others. She describes this process of healing from grief and learning how to heal others, as a long and hard road, with many challenges in the many plant dietas that she had to complete, but says it is a road that continues to be very rewarding.
Her first patients were her family members, when she was 16/17 years old. She never thought she would be working with Westerners, but through dieting, attending ceremonies with her cousins and uncles, and continuing to learn and grow, her reputation grew and she was invited to work further afield.
She loves her work to liberate people from spiritual, physical, and emotional pain, always sharing her medicine through good thoughts and energies. She brings a lot of love, lightness, and gentle power to the team, and true to her name, brings life back to where there was pain.
